★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did I waste a work afternoon to drive down town & then pay for parking ...... Wait 10 mins to be told that the last 2 quotes of $249 for self employed taxes is actually $350 & $50 / hr for bookkeeping. Just bad business & waste of time & money for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helloooooo...I’m trying to get ahold of you guys via email, phone calls/voice mail and even knocked on the office door. I need my receipts that are being held in your office. It is time sensitive and it’s been a month of trying! I get you guys are out of the office slow season but can you at least respond?
After walking around trying to find an open walk in tax place(all closed) google maps had me stumble upon Tax Team. Even though they were fully booked they managed to accommodate doing my return partially and then finishing it without me the following day via call and emails. They are a very efficient, kind, and hardworking team. I highly recommend them.
