Buyer beware! If you see a product on the website or even a sample in-store that your local supplier has - personal experience has shown that it maybe a discontinued product!!!!! The web site and communication on product availability to supplies is not current!!!!

Not as advertised!! The XL product loose lay LVP β€œDrop and Done” does not install or lay as advertised. Despite claims from the manufacture, this floor should not be installed without the following preparation: installing underlayment, perfect sub-floor conditions including screwing down the plywood sheeting, and sanding every seam and flaw. Once the prep is complete you will need to apply the tacky glue to the ENTIRE flooring area NOT just the edges. Following the XL flooring instructions, the professional flooring installer whom has 26+ years of flooring experience told us that he was not happy with the way the flooring was laying and he showed us that the flooring was not staying flat and seams were puckering up in multiple spots. Reluctantly, he then went with XL’s flooring recommendations to apply sticky glue to the entire sub floor rather than just the edges as advertised by XL Flooring. Following every recommendation, the completed floor still has random spots where the sides are puckering and the seams are separating. Despite the Lifetime warranty, XL Floors has been unwilling to seek or provide a solution for the situation. My advice is if you go with this floor and company do all of the extra preparation on the sub floor and go in with the knowledge that the finished product may not be what is expected or advertised. XL Flooring is unwilling to provide answers or solutions leaving you stuck with a floor that is not easy as β€œDrop and Done” and with seams that both separate and edge puckering in random spots.

BEWARE!!!!! The XL product loose lay LVP Drop and Done is not what it advertised. In my experience and opinion this product should not be installed without installing underlayment and gluing the whole entire floor. After removing snap together lamanent flooring, particle board subflooring, screwing down the plywood sheeting, sanding the seams and gluing down the perimeter the product would not lay down flat, installation was stopped and the flooring salesman was called. Against my professional installer and myself the recommendation was to sand the whole entire floor and full spread glue. With doing all of that we are very disappointed with how the flooring is easy to scratch and the floor will still not lay flat and lift up in some spots. This product is NOT EASY TO INSTALL and NOT A DURABLE PRODUCT. After 9 weeks of dealing with this with no solution, I have decided to write a review.

Installed XL Flooring flexiplank in December 2019. We are very happy with the results. As they stated, it was very easy to install. We followed the instructions and it was "drop and done". The quality of the product is first class and an excellent value for money. The end result is beautiful. We would recommend them. Constance Henry

Not sure about the review below but I use this flooring professionally and it is by far the best of the products out there. I have installed it in my own apartment as well as using it in many hotels. Proper floor prep should always be done but I suspect they must have used a thinner product and not the 5mm XL Flooring product. I prefer release glue for commercial use but have no problem with the perimeter glue down in residential applications.
