★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am renting an Apartment built around 3 years ago and C.I.R Mechanical Ltd was in charge of its plumbing works. My kitchen pull-down hose was leaking and I could not find it anywhere. I called CIR desperately and talked with Steve. After a few days he found the part and I did not have to pay for the part (life-time warranty). My point is, Steve really could simply say I cannot find the hose, however, he went beyond and above his job to solve the problem.
