You will never be bored as every single class is different and always fun. I would higly recommend Me First Fitness to everyone who is looking for a fresh and interesting approach to working out.

No other gym worked as well for me - group training is high energy & motivating! The trainers are very friendly, personable & knowledgeable. If you attend regularly you will see results. I lost 30 pounds & couldn't be any happier :) 5++++ stars

They are easy to talk to and makes training easy and fun.
I did not know what to expect when I first started but I keep building endurance and seeing the results makes me very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place. The trainers are all amazing and super nice and make you feel welcome and take the time to get to know you. The classes are fun and different each time. I've been part of corporate gyms my entire life and have never seen results that I've gotten since I've been at Me First Fitness for a year. I'll be a member here forever!! Thanks Mark and team! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the workouts and the energy of the trainers. The workouts vary in intensity and trainers are good with providing easier moves for beginners. I felt comfortable as someone who hasn't been to bootcamp in a couple of years and needed to start slow.
The workout area is fairly small but enough for about 12-14 people to work out in one spot without moving around (due to covid safety spacing). There is a 2nd level with machines/larger equipment (I haven't seen this area yet).
There is also enough free parking outside the building.
Overall I'm very happy with my experience here so far and I look forward to attending the workouts.
