★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first but definitely not my last time visiting pinos! The owner and the staff were fabulous friendly and approachable. Now let me tell you about the pie, I could have worked out with it and done curls that's how big and heavy it was☺️. They definitely do not wimp out on the toppings that is definitely for sure! It tasted phenomenal better than any of the chain stores and really well worth the drive. Thank you for your hospitality guys looking forward to coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their pizza is always delicious, and today they really let their customer service show too. We had ordered two mediums, and one mistakenly was written down as a small. No problem with us, but once they realized the error, they made a second small to make up for it without any fuss! Never disappointed here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, after having this pizza I would feel guilt to order pizza from anywhere else ever again. The food is amazing and had a shorter wait time than big franchise locations. The dine-in service was perfect and the decor is very comforting.

I’ve lived in Pickering my entire life and have always heard about this place. I’ve always wanted to try it.
Finally over the lockdown (February 2021) I decided to order a large “classic” which apparently is their “bread and butter” with a side of chicken wings.
The pizza was very sloppy and all the toppings fell off each time you grabbed a new slice. The pizza itself had zero taste and was very bland.
The chicken wings weren’t that great either.
Solid 4.2 out of 10.
I am willing to give them a second chance to redeem themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAIR IN FOOD - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE OWNER.
Drove 3 kids down to pickup large pino special only to get home and sit at table to find a HAIR baked into the cheese. I understand this happens and wanted to call and them know. The arrogant male suggested I box up the pizza, take all 3 kids and drive back to store and wait for a new pizza. This use to be a nicely run place but I think change in ownership has brought it down. Very poor handling of the situation on their part. Lots of better pizza spots in Ajax to spend your money at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local pizza place that doesn't skimp on the toppings or cheese. Pizza dough is a bit thicker than I like it but it's a minor quibble especially since I can probably ask for thinner one. Crust itself is nicely baked and has a satisfying crispy crunchy which I love.
The cheese is nicely browned. Those who love their pies with cheese on top instead of under their pepperoni this is the place to go.
Spaghetti with meatball is a kids favourite and it certainly satisfied mine. Didn't have a good chance to taste though since they ate it up.
