Friendly GM Steve checked in on us a couple of times and appreciated the efforts this restaurant has done to keep customers safe (heated patio, set up in bar).

C	Christie Williamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously short staffed - we had good service because there was almost no one there when we arrived, but as it filled to capacity, there was literally two servers plus the manager trying to take care of the entirety of the restaurant. Staffing shortages happen, especially right now, but that's when you close a couple of tables and adjust so you can provide an appropriate level of service to your customers. Trying to maintain a decent level of service to a full restaurant with three people isn't a tenable plan, and won't help your long term customer success.

I was driving around with a friend, just relieving the boredom and catching up when we got hungry. The weather was looking very unpredictable but as we drove past Boston Pizza in Ajax, they appeared to have a nice enclosed patio. Looks like a good place to grab something to eat. We ordered a Deluxe Pizza and The Hungry Carnivore Pasta. To wash it down, we had a Caesar and a beer. The pizza included pepperoni, ham, green peppers, and mushrooms. It looked good but had a bit too much sauce. It could have been hotter and more flavourful but was just okay. The pasta dish was a generous serving and included lots of meat (Spicy Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and green peppers, tossed with penne and our beefy Bolognese). Not bad. The cheesy garlic bread with bacon was fresh and delicious. The beer was nicely chilled but the Caesar was kinda watered down and a bit bland. While the food was just about average, the ambiance was nice. The service was excellent, from greeting us to the time that we left. At the risk of sounding sexist, all the staff that we encountered were very attractive young ladies. Don't judge me!

Most Boston Pizza's I've been to before didn't have the best food but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my dish at this location. I ordered the shrimp linguine and it came with garlic bread. I added cheese on it. It was extremely filling and delicious! Would come back again if I was in the area and with a big group again.

Amazing customer service and fantastic food! ????Everything was spot on and excellent!??Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone! Family friendly, halal options which is rare but great, warm environment, yummy food, good vibes and just great atmosphere in general! Shoutout to the amazing manager who was also very incredible! Ensured we were having a great time and checking in on us to see all was well! Great hospitality, understanding, heartwarming, professional and very hardworking!?
