We have been long patrons of Belagio Pizza both for personal orders and large parties. We recently tried to order and were advised they were not delivering that night. We again ordered a few weeks later and mentioned to our usual friendly delivery guy the previous delivery issue. He was astonished and insisted we contact him the next time we have a delivery problem as this should not have happened. We attempted to order tonight and were advised our order of a medium pizza was not enough to justify delivery! We attempted to speak to someone else to no avail. What a shame that we have to move our business elsewhere and no longer support a small local business.

My kids love the pizza from this hidden treasure. Located in a very silent neighborhood, this joint has surprisingly nominal rates for their pizzas. The dough has always been fresh and smell of the cheese is soo intoxicating. Just the right amount of cheese in each slice. My four old son can even pronounce Bellagio Pizza :). That's how much our family likes this place

This place is located on the north edge of the city of Ajax. All new development. This location is in a strip plaza with Shoppers and No Frills near by. The pizza place is ok, service is ok and pizza was ready in 15 mins. The prices are pretty cheap. The pizza itself is ok. Cooked well, not too greasy and decent overall flavour. Lots of these new plaza pizza places tend to be bland and tasteless. The one thing I noticed with this pizza is that they brush the crust with garlic butter. This makes the outside crust flaky, rather than a typical chewy crust. Its definitely unique and not bad, however, I'm more of a traditional pizza guy and the garlic butter aftertaste sticks around your taste buds for a while.. also the garlic butter tends to be heavy and you can feel it in your stomach as it repeats on you. I would try it again but I would ask not to wash the crust with the garlic butter.

Please check the food you serve your customers. I got chicken wings and they were nothing less than rotten. At some point it becomes a health risk. Not sure if its because i went close to closing hrs. But thats not an excuse, if it is then its unethical business practice. Must add that the pizza was good.

My husband and I got food poisoning from the pizzas that were made at this place. When we went to pick up the pizza, the place was hot and humid, no ventilation. We think the toppings were contaminated. The place is not hygienic and I do not recommend it to anybody. We are still recovering from food poisoning. It’s been hell the last 4 days.

Have them repeat your order and amount total before placing order !!! Good pizza just don’t like their unethical practice of having add on costs without communicating over the phone or showing it on the menu. Apparently adding meat to your pizza is considered a extra topping charge. Not sure if doing half and half is also considered adding an extra topping. Just be ready to be charged for an amount that doesn’t add up. They also gave me a large walk in special when I asked for a medium. Multiple money grabbing tactics Added bonus: no receipt showing you how it came to that total $. Just a credit card authorization receipt. You would except better from a family owned business. Stuff like this makes you want to continue to go to bigger brand pizza stores.

Been wanting to try this local pizza place for some time, wanted to support a local business but was greatly disappointed. From the moment I walked in I was worried by the lack of proper mask wearing with the guy making the pizza having his mask half off and the lady taking the orders having her mask on her chin most of the time. She could also hardly hear me and I could not hear her over the blaring TV. Once they finally figured out my order it looked and smelled delicious but unfortunately looks can be deceiving. They were completely disorganized and even asked me what my total was because they didn’t print out the order which is probably why they forgot the stuffed crust on my pizza and the cheese on the garlic sticks. But they were great about replacing the incorrect garlic sticks and letting me keep the incorrect one but sadly this extra time made my pizza ice cold by the time I got it home. I will be avoiding this place in the future unless I get a hankering for some overpriced sweetened cardboard and bland garlic sauce.

The food was yumm! We ordered veggie fresh and roasted chicken. Roasted chicken was amazing but the toppings kept falling off. Wish more cheese was added. The gluten roasted chicken pizza was 10/10 but again wish there was more cheese added! The garlic sauce was bland, wouldn’t recommend.
