The experience at mcnaught Cadillac was very good, we appreciated the time Joe Dasilva took to explain everything. The whole experience with all the people involved in the transaction was outstanding. From the initial contact with Joe, to the finish with Aoud, was extremely pleasant. We like to wish Joe a very speedy recovery.

Joey in service at the Cadillac location in Winnipeg is a rock star. He went out of his way to keep me updated on my car while I worked in the waiting area at the waverly automall location in Winnipeg. His customer service is great. Leighton (the person who sold me my caddy) also went out of his way to say hello. When I was waiting to get my details entered Joey came out and ensured I was dealt with right away. The valet was also very polite and respectful. The way Joey talked about his staff was great to hear - Clearly a well supported team. Delt with Hamied and he was amazing from beginning to even after the sale and I had questions about my car, best sales experience I’ve ever had! The management staff was super friendly going out of there way to introduce themselves and the finance manager Lee was amazing helping get only the things I truly needed. Would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!

The appointment went well although they could not arrange a shuttle to take me home and come and get me. I waited at the dealership to have the work done. No big problem, they were done in 1 1/2 hours.

While my vehicle was in for a recall they noticed a part was worn and recommend I replace it while they have it apart to save labour costs. The recall repair was scheduled for 1.5 hrs, imagine my surprise when I found out the other repair that I was supposedly saving labour on because it was already apart had a 90 minute labour charge on it. Very disappointed.

Would have been better, if the parts ordered to my car, and my cars work order were not sold to someone else. Had an insurance claim, and warranty work needed one part for warranty came in before the part for the insurance claim. It was agreed by both parties to keep the warranty part there, and bring the car in when the insurance claim part arrived, and do both jobs at once. My part, which was ordered to my car, and my cars work order was sold to someone else. I questioned why, and Ron the service advisor said it was a dead part. It was not a dead part, it was sitting there waiting for one more part, to complete the work on my car. Now, we are inconvenienced again, as we live 1.2 hrs away from the dealership, and have to bring the car back again. We are told, don't worry, we will get you a loaner vehicle. Are you kidding me!!!! We should not need another car if proper channels were followed in the first place. We still have more insurance work needing to be done, and with this mess, I am wondering if I leave the claim there, or take it somewhere else. The body shop did a great job, the service center really dropped the ball. All under one flag, so it leaves a sore spot with me.

I recently had my car brought in for what I would call emergency service. As usual the service writer was very attentive and kept me informed about what was happening to my vehicle. It was really great to get a rental vehicle as well. The techs did a good job as well. No issues since last Monday.
