โ โ โ โ โ I had a problem with my rear window defroster. My rear left bus bar fell off from the window so it wouldnโt defrost and shorted the fuse out. I took my car to the dealership where I purchased the car. They told me I needed a new rear window at a cost of $1326. So I had decided to get a second opinion from Nott auto Corp. service department on McGilvery Boulevard Chris Nott & service technicians fixed the problem without even replacing the rear window for a reasonable cost, and a a half-hour long service and included a new 40 amp fuse. โ โ โ โ โ They sold me a Lexus SUV with a gold warranty and I had problems with it immediately. I had to use a battery pack to start the car several times and brought it to them twice but they never repaired it and told me to turn off the lights. Finally I gave up and had electrical repaired at ace auto at my expense. Very disappointed in Nott and would not recommend doing any business with them

He is very responsible and nicely. All the information will be expressed clearly. Once there is something I donโt understand, he will patiently. I'm happy to buy a car here and I must recommend my friends to come here.?

What defines the overall experience for me however is the after sale service, which is historically much less attentive and usually disappointing. As I had a few issues pop up, I was extremely happy with Nott Autocorp's attention to my concerns and their sense of urgency in getting it resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks very much to Chris and the gang, I will definitely be purchasing my next Tesla through Nott.
