★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Kal tire for finding the pin hole leak in the wheel. No one else could find the leak in the city. Took it to a different shop 3 times before coming here to get it checked but they couldn’t find the leak.
The wheel manufacturer sent me brand new wheel under warranty no extra cost.
Big thumbs up to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistant Manager Randy rescued me today by taking the time to top up the air in my tires at -38C. One of his competitors refused to do it, so a BIG thank you to Kal Tire and Randy. They have the real True North Winnipeg spirit when all of our tires are going flat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit a pot hole that scared the soul out of my body for a few seconds. Bend the rim of my front right tire and had a slow leak. Called and they fit me in same day and fixed the bent rim for 36$. Tire was fine.
Great crew and def coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my vehicle in for an out of province safety, they quoted me 1200$ worth of work. I took my vehicle to another shop to confirm the work, the actual cost to have my vehicle pass safety was 435$ on top of all that Kal Tire said work needed to be done when there was nothing wrong with certain parts in question. Absolutely disgusting business practice ( I took it to Melo Tech auto clinic, they took care of me well) Update: here's some photos that shows the work required, so did you not look back enough or just ignore the information in your system?

They took care of me and all I can say is I recommend them to the Nth degree. If corporate is reading this, promote them to ensure kals run with high customer satisfaction like this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely superb service! Kal Tire has been the best experience I have had in dealing with a service centre. Over the last few years, I have purchased tires for my motorhome, and other vehicles I have. I have recommended Kal Tire to friends and family and recently helped my best friend shop for her tires. Even after checking around for her, as per her wishes, Kal Tire was still the top choice in price, quality of product and customer service. My hat goes off to Fabian and his crew at the Winnipeg Tuxedo location for my most recent visit. They went over and above my expectations when they outfitted my high performance vehicle with tires. Unfortunately, I realized within the same day of driving on the new tires that they just didn’t meet my performance expectations. The tires were excellent but just not for this particular car. I called Fabian and he immediately ordered new tires that I requested, and booked my car in the next day to switch over to the new tires. No high pressure or manipulative tactics were used to try and convince me to keep the existing tires: “no questions asked” service. They were able to keep a customer completely satisfied. Thank you Kal Tire and Fabian for doing such a great job.
