β β β β β I always bring my hybrid vehicle there for any repairs, just remember they don't handle the battery itself but they do a great job of any electrical work that you need done with their pricing that is honest and affordable

β β β β β I accidentally put oil instead of gas into my car. I went to a car place to get it fixed but they charged me over 5000 and took longer then 3 months. When I went to pick it up it wasnβt even working! I then decided to go to this car place to get and fixed and they were amazing. Very honest, nice, fast and they charged me a very good price! I recommend this place and I will be coming back!

β β β β β I initially went to NAPA because of highly revered it was from the reviews. The work I had done was getting the fab on an aftermarket muffler I had purchased for my car, this job cost ~$400 and I was happy with the job.
Fast forward nearly exactly 3 years later. While parked I noticed my muffler was hanging sideways, and upon further inspection the piping and clamps they had used for the installation (See below) had COMPLETELY rusted out. The pipe looked like a 20 year old pipe, not a 3 year old pipe. Luckily I noticed it and was able to snap it off while parked instead of it breaking off while driving causing who knows how much damage to my car.
I contacted them about this hoping they would be able to help me out. The initial response was to pay in full for the job to be done again, since it wasn't 1-2 years, that this much rust was "reasonable" for only 3 years.
The only reason this review isn't a 1 star review is because they eventually offered me a discount on the labor, and I had to pay $200, which was more reasonable.
If you do decide to get any type of fab work from this company be warned that it seems like they use cheap materials that are not suited for the Winnipeg winter treated roads, and will likely not last you and ultimately end up costing you more money or damages to your car.

β β β β β I don't recommend going here if you are tight on cash and it's an emergency. I have gone here twice and the first time I spent 2 grand and was nieve and didn't compare prices. The second time I got emergency work done and was initially quoted around 600 so I left it there for almost a week and eventually get a call back saying I would have to pay another 100 for them to finish the job, and a little while later I was told I would have to spend another 600 for another part that they missed. It just seems like they'll take every opportunity to gouge you for more money, no matter your situation. I did get like 20$ taken off of labour but literally that's it. I took my car to another shop for the second big job and they did it for literally less then half of what Napa quoted. I will not go back to napa if they misquoted me once, how much other money have I lost to their gouging prices. Do yourself a favor people, do not go here and do your dodiligence and compare prices, yall can do better then this place.

β β β β β The staffs are friendly and professional. I took the car there for oil change. They inspected the car while they were doing the oil change. It is a really good place for a female who doesn't know much about cars. After the inspection, they will inform me any issues with the car and anything be monitored. They will give out the repair suggestions and estimate. Also will explain the issue that I am having with my car. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who need a professional auto repair service!!

β β β β β I have been using this shop for a number of years now for all my family's vehicles. They do a great job of keeping us all safe on the road! Any issues that are found are explained to us before any repairs are done and they always complete the job with excellent quality. Even my wife and kids are comfortable to bring vehicles to them when I am not able to bring them in myself. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you Hi-Tech!

Friendly personable staff, no upselling and reasonable rates. Customer service is excellent. Always keep you up to date on vehicle progress. Highly recommend.
