Not super friendly employees but that can't really expect somebody to be happy and peppy 24/7. I prefer the one on Redford.

S	Sonya Haffner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Donovan was great, he was the only smile I saw my whole visit, even though I saw other employees. No one else was friendly or helpful. With the food going downhill, why go to a McDonald's if you won't even get a smile? Isn't that their whole thing? And my burger had ketchup on the outside and was falling apart, which was messy. At last the coffee was only $1 and the room was warm. Also, interesting program on TV.
T	Tammy Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: it's Mc Donald's, what you expect when you go there. Environment:. When I actually do go in this location they keep it clean. Service: the worker who took out order in drive through was not friendly but not rude, repeated out order back which was correct. When we got our food and dug in at home we found we were short on fries, drinks were wrong, special order for no onions was ignored and in fact it looked like they had put extra onions on it and no sauce given for nuggets. Unfortunately I could not make it down to get order corrected like the lady had said I could do but happily provided "correct" order the next day, I still got onions on my burger but not nearly as much as the first set had. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quick and dismissive and didn't want to have a conversation just seemed more interested in getting me off the phone. Overall this is something I have come to expect of Mc Donald's in terms of service and food, I make a habit if checking my bag before we pull away usually and was disappointed I hadn't this time. A good reminder to the rare time I actually go is to check my bag to ensure order is correct.
