Last year I hired a lawn care company to care for my lawn. I paid in installments and all they did was nothing . I called on the day I thought was my last service to cancel and got no answer went to voicemail I kept calling and finally I got through and this young woman who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and had no idea what she was talking about I wrote in and cancelled my agreement That was last year with a horrible company This Year I called MCD contracting in early April and I got a professional who answered the phone knew about lawns and customer quality service and who was at my door all in the same day his name is James . I am a new client of mcd contracting. I am extremely happy with the level of service that I have received from James from the start of my sod project to the stones on my property to its completion and his visit this morning for my after caring for my new lawn. James walked my property this morning and it was so nice having a real pro look after us from start to finish as he explained the treatments for this year and next Thank you for sending us someone like him. Another great experience with MCD Contracting Inc! Recently had our yard done with them which now looks beautiful. We now had our front porch redone due to many safety hazards that were observed by their trained and experienced staff. We have an almost-two-year old and senior aged parents so safety is of utmost importance to us and our visitors. Francis oversaw the entire project from start to finish and explained how the structure and integrity of the new porch would far surpass what was previously there. He had a beautiful vision that met our budget and the quality of the wood and hardware was chosen with care. Structurally, our new porch is much more secure, with features that we had not considered (wider staircase, appropriately spaced stairs and much more supportive foundation/posts). We are blessed that Francis was able to take our need for safety even further and put the banister bars closer together to ensure that our child would not endanger himself or get stuck! The care and heart that went into this entire project was evident from the moment we had our interaction with James who was able to identify many of the components that needed to be brought up to today's standard code. He was able to give us a very reasonable quote that allowed us to budget the unexpected urgency of this repair. Communication between James and Francis remained constant and each step was explained to us before it was done to ensure we were on board with the structural and design components. You can tell that the staff at MCD Contracting Inc are very passionate about what they do and will ensure the satisfaction of their clients. I am also pleased with the sales team who have been able to answer many of our questions and ensure that we are correctly following the care and maintenance of our new yard, fence and front porch so that we can keep the integrity of their beautiful and hard work providing us a beautiful property to continue growing our family!

It's already been a pleasure dealing with James and MCD Contracting. His responses have been very quick, professional, and informative. The work I needed done was a fence and sod for my backyard. I would just like to say that my experience with MCD contracting Inc. was fantastic from beginning to end. Our interaction with James was phenomenal, he was able to see a week ahead of schedule. When he arrived he did a walk around, was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything and gave us a quote. Once the work started we had a great interaction with Clayton who did our Sod. Explained everything and gave us a schedule to follow regarding the watering and mowing plane. Very professional and great customer service. We did get to speak with the owner Mike, very pleasant and made sure everything was being done right and on time. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Francis for our fence. He was very professional, went through the details of the installation. Another ace in the MCD team. All the work was done on time and with no inconvenience. As my first experience with an outdoor contractor, MCD contracting Inc made it a seamless and painless endeavor. We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. I tried mcd after the awesome sales pitch James had provided. He did warn me that getting my lawn looking decent wouldn't be easy (he said probably 7/10 in terms of how much lawn damage existed). After several months of effort, over $1k in products and a few small snafus in setting appointments, the lawn was still looking really rough and sad. I ended up needing to do another reseed on my own and pulled up significant crab grass with the help of my neighbor. Overall I would say the company was friendly but pricey for what they offered. I would also advise that you may need to put in significant work if your lawn is in rough shape as the grass they used struggled a bit during drought times (not completely surprised) and I had to pull up a LOT of crabgrass even after they applied weed control.

MCD Landscaping & contracting provided excellent service! I had some grading work to be done on my property. Mike was in charge of the job and he was just phenomenal. Easy to contact, good at communicating and discussing what needed to be done and the finished product is just fantastic. I couldn't be happier.

We have used many services with MCD Contracting and could not be happier. James is quick to respond and when I phoned to set up the contract for the summer, he was honest enough to confirm that I had already paid and that they would be starting soon...that's rare these days!

Thank you very much for the beautiful and healthy lawn installed on our front yard. The service and management was timely, efficient and provided us with an excellent service. We are looking forward to replace our lawn in backyard with the same company soon!
