He made us feel welcome and didn't pressure at all. He answered all my questions and provided updates by email throughout the purchasing process (since I was coming in from out of town). I will certainly come back to Hertz Ottawa the next time I am looking for a car and will gladly recommend Mohammad.

He asked about what our car needs were, then offered suggestions and recommendations. At all times he wasn't trying to SELL us a car but HELPING us make the right choices and decisions. He was never " pushy" , always very polite and professional, and made the whole experience very enjoyable with no stress. Thanks Mohammed, we are enjoying our new car very much.

I should mention that Mohammad was very patient with my work schedule and since I didn't have a car (I used public transit) he picked me up and dropped me off. He was also flexible with the financing and the timing.
