Had got a rental from hertz through Mercedes since my car was there at the garage , for 24 hours brought back the truck full of gas and looking today they charged my credit card for 2 days , I called and asked he said the truck was not full of gas which was . Thief's thief's and I repeat thief's ! Avoid scammers !

Was left scrambling last minute to find a rental elsewhere. There is no point in booking in advance. I had booked in advance at a competitive price only to have to book elsewhere last minute at double the price.

He acted like he was doing me a favour by calling me to let me know and offered no assistance at all. This was the st. Laurent blvd location.
A	Allan Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my second time renting here, after rented close to a 100 rental days this year from various of Hertz locations across the Canada. By far, this is the worst experience I have ever had with Hertz, it even tops the grumpy man I encountered when I returned my rental in Manchester, United Kingdom. I have rented from other non airport location in Ottawa and a nicer upgrade for president circle member is always offered. Besides the upgrade, I always look forward to a nice and friendly conversation with the rental agent, even if it slows me down. This location is different, it is so bad that is one of its kind. The lady at this office definitely hates her job. No smile throughout the entire process, the two words for returning car is: “hi”,”thank you”. I was also told when I was picking up the car, this location does not participate in the Hertz Gold program, but then I noticed those posters in the rental office promotions Hertz gold program, how generous! Will never come here again?. I would be better off just renting the day rate from Communauto if this place has no recognition for its most loyal customer!
P	Pierre Bedard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a vehicle with my credit card ? and put in a second driver so the vehicle was supposed to be returned 1 week later when I called them and asked if the vehicle was brought back I was told no I tried to figure out what had happened and the next day I called was told that the car was extended for a nother week and I asked who authorized this because it's my card and I didn't give permission for anyone else to use the card I asked that the car be reported stolen Oh I can't do that the employee told me after that week was over even do I explained ect... another 2 days was charged to my credit card 690+ dollars and to put the cherry ? on top I'm responsible for the ticket ? he got for 93+ dollars Another charged to my credit card ? if I call my credit card for anything you know of all questions asked before you can do what so ever so why hertz take it to their own hands and make charges never make that mistake again THANK YOU HERTZ EMPLOYEE FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND FRAUD TO MY ACCOUNT AND YOU WHERE WELL AWARE N DID IT ANYWAYS.

They would not give me a ride from their place to Elite BMW after renting a car for 6 days from them, pretending they are short on staff. One of the employees told that it is a 5 to 10 mns walking distance. No respect for customers. However the employee who is usually at the front is pretty cool and respectful.
