Would recommend this place because of Bobby - he's very helpful, personable, and clear with information. He does a great job, is reliable, and never lets up on customer care. My experiences renting from here are positive because of Bobby and his work ethic. The prices are expensive, no doubt. If this wasn't the closest location I'd be going with Budget rentals otherwise.

Note that the system will let you book at 5pm but they want you to arrive and drop off earlier as they close at 5pm, so it’s best to plan for 4:30pm. UPDATE: be careful about charges - my final charge had an additional day added once the total amount hit my visa. I called and they were quick to fix the mistake, but I’m glad I keep a close eye on my credit card charges.

S	Stephen Suley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin. You arrive into a parking lot surrounded by one-way streets. If you’re lucky enough to find the entrance that is. When you get there you’ll notice a lineup outside. You might think to yourself wow it’s the middle of winter and we have a stand outside with a giant waiting room empty in front of us. But don’t think like that. You should be lucky you even have somebody to give your money to and get terrible service. This is the new normal.

They treated me with utmost respect and the cars are always clean and well maintained . They treat customers with common courtesy . I would definitely recommend this establishment to all my family & friends without hesitation or second thought. The staff are quick on the draw as well as knowledged with regards to their paperwork & because of this you are outta there with your rental in no time . March 2020 Once again got treated with the utmost respect and curtesy .. Way to go guys keep up the good work . I dealt with Bobby (manager) you sir are awesome & thank you for your time Great place to rent cars as they are clean .. Cheap .. and in Mint condition.

Checked my credit card right after to find my card had been charged an additional $100 on top of my $5 balance. Called and went in Saturday morning as they were closed on Friday. Bobby the manager had no explanation as to why $100 had been authorized on my card day of bringing back the rental. Instead of admitting fault because a mistake was made, I was told nothing could be done. The only solution offered was to call and deal with it through the bank. Customer service could use some work. Very disappointing ending to my first rental experience.

After I had bad experiences renting from a competitor elsewhere in the city, it was so nice to deal with pleasant and helpful people who provided the right car at the prearranged time and were flexible about schedule changes. Convenient downtown location.
