★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- La secrétaire n'est pas intéressée à fournir un bon service à la clientèle.
2- L'application mobile pour ramasser le camion (24/7) a pris beaucoup de temps (30 minutes).
3- Le cadenas qui détient la clé du camion était vieux et bloqué.
4- L'endroit du cadenas est sale et rempli d'ordure.
Par contre les prix sont bons et j'ai apprécié la réservation en ligne. Celle-ci était simple.

1- The secretary is not interested in providing good customer service.
2- The mobile application to pick up the truck (24/7) took a long time (30 minutes).
3- The padlock that holds the truck key was old and blocked.
4- The place of the padlock is dirty and filled with garbage.
On the other hand the prices are good and I appreciated the online booking. This one was simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a truck for pickup at 7:30am, and when we got there the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. The trucks are located behind the building next to the store and the store front itself was barely noticeable. We drove right past it and had to walk back to find the front door. When they finally answered us, they said the truck we reserved was dropped off past work hours so it couldn't be ready for us at 7:30. That would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have made other arrangements. I doubt we will be using their services again. Overall, I was just disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with the online system and went over expecting to find a person to help me out, only to find out they closed an hour early. Lucky for them they have excellent customer service over the phone so I eventually got my truck. Probably not a great idea to rely on the central hub to solve their problems when simply being open would make their service better. I get that it's a pandemic and that things happen that are out of our control but running a business like that isn't going to win any fans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHere do I start. Walk in the office no one masked up but have the audacity to ask customers to mask up. Staff who don't know there jobs or don't wanna do there job. Thiefs( stealing money and then giving it back once the complains to headoffice is engaged ). Charging peoples debit cards then refunding after. this has happened 2 years in a roll , so seems like a strategy to charge debit cards then expect it not to be noticed.. go there at your own risk. I would give no star but can't.
