★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courtesy called their office at about 6.30am to let them know one of their flat beds trailers was covered with mud and debris and spraying vehicles as it traveled westbound on the Queensway. Lady on the line (name unknown) argued and justified when I simply suggested maybe she just have the driver sweep after loading. Did not take long with her on the phone to realize that *OPP might have been a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best place to rent compact equipment for excavation. The selection is great the prices are good but the customer service has always been great. When I need to rent a smaller excavator I’ll usually go out of my way to rent from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a stump grinder from here today. Staff was super friendly and helpful and in good spirits. I was impressed by the knowledge and kindness from everyone. The unit I got was in good condition and worked flawlessly.
Will be renting from here again, for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A review worth reading! : I cannot say enough good things about this rental company! We rented a couple of machines from them earlier in the summer- Mike and Matt and Junior are all so pleasant to deal with. Very friendly, professional and explain everything to you. They are punctual and very knowledgeable. This morning I was calling everywhere in Ottawa and even in Gatineau to try to find a specific machine, No one had them available- but this company was able to source one out for us for the next day! These guys are really incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. We have rented from them in the past, we are renting from them today, And they will be our go to place for all of our rental needs in the future. Very satisfied customer ! Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this Compamy via Kijiji as I was on the hunt for a KC70 track dumper. Inventory out here in B.C is tight, hard to come by. I located one for sale at their shop in Ottawa. I was communicating with one of their sales staff and the interactions were pleasant, quick to respond and easy to work with.
I had financing all lined up, I had a shipping company lined up after a few hours and all that was left was their account to be funded…which was 1-2 days away. This was guaranteed, I couldn’t back out of the deal. Then on the “9”th hour, the owner apparently pulls the rug out from under me and says “we’re selling it to a long time customer who’s paying all cash”. This is a bad way to do business, I should know, I’ve been in business a while myself. I can’t believe a business would do this, so short sighted. Funny thing is that I was wanting to purchase 2 more machines……if they had a negative star review, that would be my choice. A complete waste of time and poor business practise. Warning others who are contemplating to do the same thing, DON’T.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my chainsaw in for repairs. The repair required parts to be delivered. I was provided with an amount for the job which I prepaid. Repair was done quickly. But when I was told the saw was ready for pickup I was also told I owed another $20 for delivery surcharges. I paid it and spoke to the owner about it. He was indifferent to my perspective as a customer that the price changed despite being assured it was fixed. It wasn’t his fault. What can he be expected to do? Lousy business practice. All he had to do was refund the $20 and I would be happy. I’m trying to support a local company. Won’t be returning. Which is too bad because I’m looking for a second chainsaw.
