★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great customer service here from both Amar and Yousseff. I booked an hour prior to arriving and they only had two vehicles, a Cadillac CTS and a minivan of some sort. My online caa reservation was for a full size and they allowed me to take the Cadillac for the same price. Really nice ride and easy rental process. Will definitely be coming back for my rentals going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was totally misinformed by the Agent Youssouf, I Rented a car for one day and ended up getting charged for two days. When i called the location on Blvd de la Carriere in Hull, Quebec, the agent was very negative and not showing any type of understanding when i told him about the extra charge. He did not want to cooperate or even try to help and ended up hanging the phone on me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT RENT ANYTHING at this location. Thankfully i called the Head Office and they understood and provided me with a voucher for a free rental. Hopefully this helps anyone to NOT RENT at this location.
Stay safe out there people, we live in a period where people will say anything to sell!

This time was the complete opposite, they didn't have the car I reserved. The only option they gave me was to double the cost of my rental to get another vehicle. No it doesn't work that way. When you reserve a vehicle type, you want to receive that vehicle. Not something else. So now I don't have a rental car. I will not be coming back here
