I made an appointment with them for more than 2 weeks and just when I arrived to be told that I have not set up an appointment. Poor service and lack knowledge in term of finding out what's wrong with my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to the place this morning . the person at the reception kept talking with his friend and ignored me , his friend was uncomfortable and added a distance to let me ask my questions and when I did ask how much to patch an exhausted pipe he told me I just have to leave the car for the 1 day and they will tell me how much . I went to find a ride so I can leave the car and when I came back . the person ignored me again and kept talking to his friend. I believe a professional service have to be customer focused . I would understand if the place is busy . but if you are treated as a nobody when there is nobody at the place . you wonder how your car will be treated . I like my car and would not leave it to this place anymore. if you like your car also . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my car there for a week and a half. They told me I would have to pay 3,000$ to change my transmission. At 68, 000 kilometers, 2013 vehicle, I found it strange. So I took my car to Dupont Ford. It took them half a day and they charged me 30$. Turns out, the problem was that one of my wheels was loose. That's it. No transmission issues whatsoever.
If I could put no stars I would.
Do not trust. I almost lost 3000$ for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional! My husband took our car there to have them look at a steering issue. He was told they would have a look at it and call us once they have done the diagnostic test to see what the issue was. The car was dropped off at 8:30am, and after being told they were NOT busy at all that day....by 4:30pm we still hadn't heard anything from them. They close at 5pm. My husband went to see what the problem was and it was still parked in the exact same spot. Not even looked at or touched. When my husband asked the attendant why hadn't he called? He just said "Sorry man"...that's it! My husband took the keys, and took our car from that place. Please...if you value your time, and want a professional to handle your car problems, don't go to this place. Apparently they are too busy to even care about their customers.
