Ils ont fait une soumission de 140$ et lorsque qu’il est venu le temps de payer le prix était maintenant 250$. Tout ça alors qu’ils avaient reçu un dépôt de 50$ au préalable. La raison et que maintenant l’employé qui a fait la soumission ne travail plus là. Je vous conseil d’essayer un autre garagiste plutôt que ceux-ci.

Le pire garage que j'ai faite "réparer" ma voiture. Je suis aller la pour changer un pare brise craquer, l'assurance à payer moins un déductible...seul bon point de tout cela!! Je leur mentionne que mon auto fais un bruit quand je tourne (Erreur! J'aurais du rien dire et aller ailleur). J'habite pas loin de la, je retourne me couché et reçoit un appel 1-2 hrs plutard. Selon eux, mes freins sont totalement finit et besoin d'un bearing avant gauche. Si sont finis bin coudon on fais réparer. J'avais oublier que mes freins arrière avais été changer 5 mois passer par Subaru et ceux avant étais encore "correct" mais selon eux la rouille avais tout endommager et fallais remplacer (1e crosse) En changeant un morceau ya un autre morceau que supposément il casse quand tu fais la réparation. Commande la nouvelle pièce et j'aurais pas mon auto la même journée. Il aurais pu me le dire avant (2e crosse) Il commande un nouveau bearing, sa fonctionne pas, en commande un autre même problème. Un "check engine" allume alors commande un nouveau sensor, c'est pas ça le problème! Le bearing OEM et celui commander sont pas pareil. Sa leur a pris une bonne journée à figurer ça! Total sa ma couter environs 2500$, perdu mon char pendant presque 5 jours, incluant le weekend et mes freins neuf "squeak" de temps en temps. Maudite belle job!!! Désoler si c'étais long mais tant qu'à vous faire fourrer pi pas aimer ça, trouver un bon méchanicien qui fais un bonne job!!!

Je ne recommande pas cette place, ils ont brisé le TPMS sur une des roues et ils ont voulu me charger 120$ pour la remplacer, ils me disent qu’il a toujours 50% que ca brise quand on change de rim, j’ai demandé un 2eme avis d’un autre garage pis ils m’ont dis que c’est pas vrai. Pis à l’autre garage, ils chargent 60$ pour la TPMS.

If I could have, I would have given -1 star, I do not recommend this garage and I wish that I would have read the reviews and talk to people prior to going there. They charged more than some Toyota dealers. I went to get my Toyota Matrix aligned and when I came back to pick up my car, they said that they had aligned only 3 wheels because the fourth rear right wheel had a ceased adjustable tow bolt and they were afraid it would break if they touched it. They told me to get it fixed and come back. They wanted to charge me for the full alignment and when I told them that I didn't understand why I should pay for 4 wheels alignment when they had only aligned 3, Jeffrey, the manager came to talk to me, he was patronizing, rude, spoke loudly so that customers in the waiting room could hear, he was intimidating and acting like a bully. He finally offered to charge me a 3 wheel alignment instead of 4 but when I asked him if I would be charged for one wheel only when I came back, he said that I would be charged for the full alignment since the mechanical work needed would disaligned the wheels over again. It didn't make any sense to me. And I was right, according to the law, Garages must provide a full written evaluation if the cost of the repair is over $100, this garage didn't do that. They basically set it up where I would have to pay twice for my alignment. When given a full evaluation, the customer can choose the course of actions they want. No one in their right mind would agree to pay twice for an alignment if they only need one. If I would have received the written evaluation, I would have chosen to get the car fixed by my mechanic and then get it aligned. No other garages I have talked do 3 wheel alignment, they either do the 4 wheels or they don't do it at all. Je leur aurais donne -1 etoile si j'avais pu. Selon la Loi, Les garages doivent fournir une evaluation ecrite si les couts sont plus de $100. Le Garage Monsieur 4 Roues ne l'a pas fait. Ils ont alignes 3 roues et m'ont demandes d'aller faire repairer la roue arriere droite et de revenir pour un autre alignment. Ils m'ont charge pour alignes 3 roues et voulaient me charger le plein prix apres que le travail mecanique soit fait afin d'aligner a nouveau les 4 roues. En tant que cliente, je me suis sentie dupe et Je ne recommenderais pas ce garage.

Recently had the breaks changed on my vehicle. Very nice experience. Things were well explained. Work done quickly. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Will be back for sure and would recommend to others.

Worst garage to go,they asked to charge for 2550$ 600$ part and 12 hours labours I did fix the problem in another well known garage I was charged for 500$ for part and 2 hours labour paid 720$ for all. I never go back there
