He was very knowledgeable and transparent, just a very open and honest person; pleasant and no pressure. From the start he was helpful, asked the right questions and took all the time it needed to assist us even as there was no sales in sight. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. There was a Hyundai rep on site and I was able to get a deal along with a reasonable price for the new vehicle. Abdul, my sales rep, was very nice and knowledgeable and offered me a test drive. I wanted my car to be blue and he found me a blue car. Very happy with the service I got and that I have been getting over the last 3 years at Surgenor Hyundai. I would highly recommend you visit them if you’re shopping for a new vehicle.

Nobody had an explanation of where he was and instead they just assumed that I had the wrong time until I showed them the email I was sent. I would give them three stars, but they incentivize 5 star reviews by having a raffle for a year full of free oil changes. Pretty sure that's a violation of Google business terms of service.

Just straight forward, transparent pricing and best price offered. There was zero situations that we felt obligated to buy an option or unwanted feature. At no time were we pressured into buying extra or wanted protection or additional warranties or financing. Surgenor Hyundai was upfront on all pricing and gave us time to make own decisions. They have us the best trade in price for our Mazda. Our experience was better than dealing with other Hyundai dealerships, and better than Nissan and Toyota.
