★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Bmw and was recommended by a friend here and was not disapointed, i brought my car with electrical issues (no start, no power whatsoever) they knew right away where to look, they found the issue, and then they told me that i was still covered by bmw with an extended warranty. They arranged for the repairs to be done under warranty (they could have not said anything, i would have never known and would have forked out thousands of dollars for repairs) They have been very trustworthy, competent and i was more then satisfied with my service ! Will most definitely be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A have had my Audi 4 serviced and maintained there for 6 years. The office service by Annie is friendly, respectful and pleasant, with all my questions being always answered in details. The car has always drove nicely and I recommend anyone not knowledgeable about cars, their Audi, to not hesitate to use this garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST. I used to have them rated at 5 stars until I discovered just how shoddy the work they did to my car is.
I took my BMW to them for a huge 8 hour job, to change a badly leaking gasket buried deep in the engine. The car seemed fine at first, the leak was gone, then exactly a year later it started leaking again from the same area. I went to a different mechanic to repair that same seal again, and I was told that East Motors did NOT change the gasket. All they did was put a bunch of silicon on the old dried gasket. Not the kind of dishonest work I expect from a shop that claims to be specialized in BMW and other Euro vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had my cars serviced there over the last 15 years.....VW's, Mercedes and my Jeep. Pricing is always fair and reasonable with no surprises. Staff are always courteous and knowledgeable and get it done right. Cars are mechanical beasts that need to maintained and most people don't do this properly and then when it breaks down, people like to blame the garage when they have to deliver the bad news. I recommend East Motors to my friends without hesitation because of the trust and reliability of their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service itself was fine. I had an oil leak and they fixed it. My issue was they left the splash cover off the car for a couple of days without notifying me. They also didn't complete all the services that my car needed despite asking them too. I don't know if it's a communication issue on my part or theirs, either way keep that in mind and make sure you're being as clear as possible with them.
I do have an edit to my review from the other day. In order to make it easier for them to check the oil leak after I'd had the car back for a couple of days they decided to leave my splash cover off. Needless to say at this time of year it rained on one of those days and had they told me the cover was off I would have left my car in the driveway. They didn't tell me so I drove thinking it was all good and now not only is my engine bay filthy but my check engine light is on. I will not be going back to East motors and I've found another shop to fix their "work"
