Very unprofessional, I would never go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 2:15pm only had my oil changed at 2:45pm all bays where pretty much dedicated to tire changing which is a little disappointing…. Alex the guy doing my oil change was on the phone I believe talking with his family wasn’t paying attention and added oil when they didn’t even add the oil plug or filter back in.. very disappointed. Also swearing very loud and complaining about being tired and wanting to leave absolute garbage place. They have finished the oil change however the supervisor is no where to be found been waiting 10 min I just want to leave…. Not sure who runs this place but needs serious overhaul of employees… also they didn’t check my tire pressure nor lube my doors as they do normally… extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and honestly would want a refund… the only reason I come here is because they top up fluids check tires lube doors now they don’t give a shit….. UPDATE just had a phone call from the manager Matthew. Down to earth kinda guy super hospitable you can see he cares for his customers, wish he was there yesterday. Did not get a refund however offered a free oil change to prove they can do better next time which I accepted. We need more “Matthew’s” that care about customer service like he does. I have also changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars since I was shocked how fast he called me excellent on you and keep up the good customer service!!!
