On m'a parler de l'avantage de prendre un abonnement mensuel pout pouvoir laver ma voiture le plus souvent possible, malheureusement le lavage est 70% du temp fermer prétextant qu'il fait trop froid pour louvrire. Ce matin on m'a dit il fait -20 on louvre à seulement -18 de température alors que la semaine passé à-15 on m'a dit il fait trop froid pour ouvrire le lavage. Je trouve que c'est vraiment malhonnête d'offrire un service qui est 70% du temp fermé et de convaincre les clients de prendre un abonnement. Vraiment déçu. La seule chose que l'assistant gerant Jeremy a trouver à me dire c'est si cela te plaît pas fait une plainte !!!! Really bad service especially a bad experience with the car wash. I was told about the advantage of taking out a monthly subscription to be able to wash my car as often as possible, unfortunately the wash is 70% of the time and is closed on the pretext that it is too cold for the louvre. This morning I was told it's -20 we open at only -18 temperature while last week at -15 I was told it's too cold to open the wash. I think it's really dishonest to offer a service that is 70% of the time closed and to convince customers to take out a subscription. Really disappointed. The only thing the assistant manager Jeremy has to say to me is if you don't like it complain!!!!
