J	Jermaine Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some issues with my steering wheel, paid the guy in cash, told me car was fixed, left the place with car reeking like gas, one week left the smell hasn't faded one bit, brought it back to be told that they had broke the gas line and that I would need to pay 200$ extra to get it fixed because of their mistake. Not going back

I purchased tires and 20” rims from him and I made the mistake in trusting their service and didn’t check their work after they installed them and drove 35mins up the road to Wakefield (all Highway driving) and came to see that there was a deep 1 1/2 - 2 inch scratch on one of the rims. I called right away to explain as well as sent him a photo and he told me that it was a rock that scratched it while driving. He even went as far as telling me that he didn’t think it was the same rim he sold me. I explained to him that there’s no way a rock could create such a scratch and it had to be done upon instal or it came like that. He said he would do nothing for me to fix the defect (or replace it) and if I wanted him to fix it he would charge me extra for it. I took the rim to a well known auto body shop and they as well said that it’s impossible for a rock to do that type of scratch and it either came that way or happened upon instal. On top of that, the lug nuts that I paid for were the tiniest things and even he himself put my existing lug nuts on (they didn’t even ask me they just knew it looked better than their cheap ones). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They have HORRIBLE customer service and once they have your money they don’t care about anything else. I repeat, DO NOT buy from this shop!!! If I could rate them with zero stars I would but then it wouldn’t be seen, so as low as I can go is 1 star.
H	Honest 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car off John less than a year ago. I paid 4500 for a certified vehicle. It gave me some trouble shortly after purchase just an engine light. I asked him to fix it and he took the car for a day didn't do anything to the car and gives it back to me and says basically he doesn't know the problem. A couple of months go by and the engine light disappears and reappears every now and then. the last month the engine light came on and and wont go away. a week ago I noticed it sounded different and I started to worry. Two days go by and I'm driving it and the check engine light starts flashing. I brought the car to John's so he could fix it I gave him the car for two days and he didn't do anything tells me to bring it to Toyota to do a diagnosis of the problem. I paid him 160 just to park my car there for two days and tell me to bring it to another garage where they can diagnose the problem. The car he sold me was and is a lemon it had an engine light on it since I basically bought it and it's giving me engine problems after half a year of driving it. Thanks for ripping me off
J	JB Villemure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years+ customer, dropped my car to get my winter tires installed, and came back to pickup my car to get told I had a "flat". Got charge extra to get told he wasn't able to fix the leak in the tire. Was about to leave the garage to realize only 2 of the tires and rims were not in the car. Ask him about it, he tried to convince me they were no good, after some back in fourth i was able to get my tires back. When I got home later, I took the time to check the "defective tire", the only problem was that the air valve needed the cap because it was sensitive... When you pay people to do work, you expect them to do it, not try to scam you, 3 days later, My tire didn't lose any pressure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, BEWARE
L	Lauren DeRoller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierre and John are incredibly sweet guys who do great work, I can't recommend them enough! I drove an older gentleman from Montreal to Ottawa for a doctor's appointment in his car, realizing in horror along the way that the brakes barely worked and just about every emergency light was flashing. After his appt, we brought the car in to SK, and they agreed at the very least to install new brake pads so we could get back to Montreal safely. They realized as they investigated further, that we were basically driving a death trap on wheels- and they carefully went through the car, checking anything that could cause us problems. They installed completely new brakes, increased the tire pressure to normal levels, and fixed the alignment. They worked past opening hours, and never once treated me like I was "lesser than" because I'm a woman. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, talking to me as an equal, which I can't say for every auto shop I have dealt with! Once they were done with all the repairs, they took the car out for a test drive, which made me feel much more comfortable driving back to Montreal. These guys really went above and beyond- they made a really stressful situation as lovely as it could have possibly been!

No big deal decided I would wait and then Was told it was going to cost 300$ to change my tires. Guy tried to tell me it was the best price I was going To get, took my keys and left, went down the road and got it done for 140$
L	Liz Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver side electric window of my Mazda 3 stopped working in November 2020 and I took the car to SK Auto where I paid John $400 to fix it. He had to order a part, and put some time in where he re-jigged the wiring so at least I could open the driver side window by using the passenger window button. That arrangement ceased to work in 2 months and I was once again left with no way to open the driver's window. I didn't use the vehicle much thereafter due to the pandemic and lockdown. However, when I called John to fix the situation this summer he said that I couldn't expect the fix to last "forever", but to bring the car by. In the interim I bought a new vehicle and now it's fall and wish to sell the Mazda and I took the car today to SK Auto where I found John is on holiday, and his kind-hearted and very professional colleague, Joseph, is running the place for the next few months. He methodically checked the situation and fully repaired it. He took at least 2 hours of his time and charged nothing. I am extremely happy with this outcome, and to have met Joseph and know there are such honourable people in our world. I have therefore given 4 stars to recognize Joseph's great work, his approach, his humanity. But if I was only assessing John and his approach it would be more like 1 star. I recommend you go while Joseph is there in the next few months if you want good service and honesty.

Cost 400$ to fix still have to go give him a receipt for the damage the non license mechanics he has working there dnt recommend it at all
