His approach was very transparent regarding the presentation of the car, its history, and the dealership’s recent work in it. We took the car for an independent inspection and the report aligned with everything that Ken had told us. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, with a no-pressure approach, and when we picked up the car, he took the time to go over the key features in detail to be sure that we were aware of how to operate them. The dealership itself was impeccable, and the other staff we dealt with were all equally professional and personable. We love our new car and would highly recommend this dealership.

When I lived in another town all of the Toyota dealers were not very impressive, but Bel-Air has shown that there are good Toyota dealers who go above and beyond. Their prices are good, their waiting area is well appointed, and communication is excellent. I will be coming here for as long as I have my corolla. I am very happy to have a dealer that cares.

Hanna Carpenter was also very helpful with her knowledge of programs, extended service agreement and overall paperwork. This dealership sets the bar for how vehicles are to be sold and delivered. On time, professional, courteous, fair price and excellent service. Truck was also filled with fuel, perfectly detailed, plated and ready to go when I arrived.
