★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service from this company. Highly responsive, courteous drivers, on time as much as possible. Only once or twice I had to wait for service and call them, but each time I did, somebody was in my driveway within minutes to clean it up. Highly recommended. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operators employed by the company are lazy and disrespectful. Despite having asked them multiple time to stop they continue to snowblow our neighbours laneway and parking lot onto our property. Just because it's more convenient and faster for as the location they are supposed to clear the snow to is on the opposite side. It appears that legal action will be required at this point.
