★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April 16 - It is getting better, Cole has been patient with our decision making process and, so far is the only contractor we have worked with in Gatineau that has been. He responds to emails but does take several days to do so. Now we are waiting for a confirmed date for work to start.
March 15 - I received an email response explaining the delay. I will keep updating this review as we proceed.
March 14 - So far, not so good. I emailed a request for a quote on March 3rd and still have not heard back.

I was with Techni-Snow before this but they blew right over a lamp post that they shouldn't have and showed no remorse to try to make amends. The service here with Weeping Willow was much better. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Weeping Willow for snow removal this winter. With the season coming to an end, I can give an accurate review of this service. To put it simply, they were amazing. Communication via email was frequent and rapid; there was no time we had to wonder if snow would be removed. They often removed snow below their snow fall threshold and were very diligent. I had no damage done to my house or yard. Considering how many times they came out, the pricing was very reasonable.
Long story short, I will absolutely be reaching out to them again next winter.
