★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this car rental has its own way to scam you... the guy cajoled us to make a pre-payment which he told will be returned back before the date of travel...
somehow due to COVID restrictions we couldn't make the trip... he outrightly rejected to pay.. us our money.. we have to pay the money without even getiing the rental vehicle... the guy without mentioning the compnay policy conned us.. please beware of such trickery...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the car for my family visiting Toronto, this was our first time renting a car and we're unfamiliar with Toronto. So I was confused at first as to where to pick up the car but I was able to call Parnam and he gave clear instructions how to get to the pick up location. Then the drop off was at their location and we were supposed to take a taxi back to the airport but Parnam was nice enough to drop us back off the airport!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating staff they helped with pickup and drop off and were easy to reach for any questions. Loved their 12 passenger van, economic on gas, easy to drive, park and maneuver. It fit 12 of us and our luggage’s comfortably. Special thanks to Sunny for being so accommodating especially with our flight delays, he waited for us passed his work hours.
