★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1hr 10mins for fish&chips and 1 burger. At the 30 min mark we finally got our waters, then after 45mins I asked for the bill and the waiter said “oh are you upset because your food is taking a long time?” Sorry but that’s pretty unprofessional. Then he gave me some excuse saying “sorry it’s been a weird day” okay, not my problem. I just asked for our food to go and waited another 30 minutes after he said it would be less than 5 mins. He didn’t even offer any thing else to drink while we waited. Overall terrible experience. Very bad and unprofessional service with mediocre food at its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here for dinner today. It is a very large restaurant connected to the Hilton hotel. Parking was easy and free, just register with the front desk. Food was excellent, I had a steak whick was very tasty and well presented. Server was very friendly and helpful. The lounge looks very nice and we will be back for a drink on another day. Also the breakfast buffet sound interesting and we will also check that out. The bathroom was clean and well kept. Also there is a change table in the men's bathroom which is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 3 stars because the waitress on Sunday was amazing, and his service was outstanding. But the Benedict eggs, not runny at all, missing sauce and the fruits, i think they were running low on stock, even the potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my order as takeaway because I'm travelling, so avoiding dining in.
Phone service and pick up was exceptionally polite and accommodating. I decided to try the Cavu burger and was not dissapointed! Super soft, light brioche bun didn't fill me up too much to enjoy. Perfectly caramelized onions and bacon blend with the Applewood cheddar taste just enough. Best of all, the beef patty was evenly cooked all the way through; juicy and flavourful with a delicate char taste that says: grilled, not burnt. The fries were also tasty. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the max and cheese bun burger, they didn’t have it anymore which was disappointing, was looking forward to trying that. Had the poutine burger instead which was a really good burger fries were nice too. Nice friendly service.

Le Grand Poutine Burger is worth to try. Very juicy. Lovely flavour with fried onions on top. But I don’t like the gravy.
The roasted chicken provencal is a bit dry.
Their happy hour : 5-7pm & 9-10pm.
Free parking inside the hotel parking slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate dinner here, stayed at the hotel.
Was served by Hannah, very pleasant, cheerful smile and a good attitude. I sat on the corner by the street (her suggestion), good for a rainy, cloudy day.
I ordered a margarita, with a coconut rim. Well flavored even this far from the our southern neighbors.
Also ordered a Caprese salad with goat cheese, salted pepper wings, and a salmon and Yukon gold potato chowder. All were flavorful and well seasoned.
The food came out at a reasonable pace, and my water was refilled without me asking.
Hannah was really the star with her fantastic service.
