Sarah is a passionate, energetic leader with a track record of delivering results while leading transformational change at organizations. Previously she was the Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Omni Channel Strategy at Scotia Bank where she led the bank from #5 to #1 in customer experience ratings. She spent a decade with The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on large scale customer centric transformations and cultural change. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked with Accenture in Finland, Brazil and the United States. Sarah holds both an MBA and an Engineering degree from Queen’s University. She is a lecturer at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in the MBA program.

Staff employee wouldn't let me in as they state there closed can clearly see people inside still .. it was 550pm sign says 6 pm not cool ..

My second time here and many more to come. Great selection of new and classic board games and toys. I was surprised at the selection of books; we left with an excellent kid's atlas last time. We experienced cheerful customer service, and the free gift wrapping was a nice touch. I'm not sure if it was some kind of promotion but we even received a small complimentary bag of loose lego, much to my little one's delight!

Lots of choices for all ages limited variety I would think due to supply chain issues. Customer service is wonderful, always offering suggestions, offer gift wrapping no charge which is wonderful. All around great place when having a tuff time deciding on a gift.

It was my first time shopping there, and I won't go back again. Staff are very rude. I placed an order online and went into the store on Mon to pick it up. They told me their system was down, they couldn't find my order. Then I called the store on the same day and they extended my pick-up period to the end of this week. I went to pick up my order after a few days, and they couldn't find it again. I showed them all the information, but they didn't see it in their system. One of the staff finally found it somewhere after a while. There were three ladies standing in front of me, one of them(possibly the manager) was aggressive and started saying they can't find my order because I was late, the system cancelled my order automatically and so. I should call them if I know I will be late. WHAT? I told them I made a phone call a few days ago and a staff promised me she can extend the date. It was my first time shopping there so I don't know their policies well. Also, shouldn't the staff on the phone update the info in their system? She did leave a note with the new date outside the bag but nobody seemed to know the date was extended. They were not happy about my explanation. They placed the blame on the new customers saying it was my fault instead of trying to solve the problem. They didn't feel sorry at all. And the manager started to argue with me, yes, she wanted to argue. I ended up grabbing my stuff and left. When I walked out the store, one of the other staff said something loudly which was sarcastic to me. Surprised me, I can't believe people can be so mean in a toy store. As a parent, I will never take my kid there. Very bad experience.

Aful experience at this store me and my husband got followed around there tiny store by a young brown haired employee that took complete attention of the till and was just paying attention to us and I know it's race related because me and my husband are both native and she wasn't following anyone else we were the only ones in the store. We were just trying to let our daughter pick a toy from her tooth fairy money. Redicous never going back and will be reporting this to the manager. Never shopping there again I have bought something there without my husband and I got no store stalker. honestly just go to Toys are us they are way more friendly. Redicous treatment by STAFF ! Would give no stars but people need to know that they treat people this way

I looked everywhere for a Spider-Man mask and Mastermind had it, and it was super reasonable! While I was there I found some other awesome things to go along with the gift. I think they have an amazing selection of interesting toys that aren’t just throw away nonsense. I love their selection of fidget toys too!
