★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my Google reviews have been positive so far and this is the first negative experience I thought is important to share. I have the Tim’s rewards app and on there is a 2 for $8 all lunch wraps offer. Tried to use it to get the habanero chicken wraps and the store wouldn’t allow it because it’s a “special” wrap. Now it doesn’t say anywhere in the offer that the habanero wrap is excluded, it clearly says ALL LUNCH WRAPS. So this could be an error on the app part or the store’s but definitely not the customer’s whose time was wasted in line ordering just to be embarrassed by staff who do not know the concept of customer service. So either the app has to do a better job clarifying exclusions or the store needs to just honor it since it’s false advertisement. Either way, this could’ve been handled better. We ended up going to 1495 regent Tim Hortons(by Costco) and they honoured the 2 for $8 for the habanero wraps. They were understanding of the situation and did not make their customers feel like this store did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at front counter when 6 employees were working, 2-3 were having conversations and no one bothered to take my order for 5 minutes (no customer was waiting for order at front, it was not busy, there was no car at drive thru..
Later, I ordered an iced coffee with Vanilla shot but it was only n only coffee, no vanilla shot. Tasted like black Coffee with no sweetness.. few days back as well I got a four cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese though it had almost no cream cheese, but at that time I let it go..
Very disappointed!! Not returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Caramel Iced Capp in the drive thru with no whipped cream but I was given it with whipped cream. When I told them their mistake, I was basically told to fix it myself. Poor customer service. This happened to me many times in the drive thru before, so I will not be going back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 ice coffee they were fine. Also ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. The biscuit was disgusting there were egg shells in the egg. Didn't really want the shells. Gross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super inconsistent with their times for breakfast. Go on my break during my work day to try and grab a harvest farmers wrap and told there’s “no more breakfast after 4pm” which is fine but odd. It’s a coffee shop all you serve is breakfast items?? So I went in again at 230 the other day and was told “no breakfast after 11am” so I was SOL again… keep it to 11 or keep it to 4 don’t flip back and fourth. I do give props for having a fast service though.
