★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understandably, businesses are facing challenges as they adapt to returning to post-Covid operations and it is with this perspective that I write this review. If I could select less than one rating I would have done so based on today’s experience at the Regent location. Arrived at approximately 5:450m tonight to find a lineup of outside to gain entry/service – totally acceptable as the door sign identified capacity limit of three clients at a time. After waiting nearly 1 hour to gain entry, we were “greeted” by a woman who was actively engaged in a texting on her cell phone and she requested to be given a moment. It should be noted that there was at least seven people waiting outside behind me at this time and only one other individual working. I expressed the need to purchase travel health insurance and received the response that no one could assist me with that service (she confirmed this with the other woman working) and identified that I should return during the hours of 9:00 to 5:00. Again I realize that some services are limited in these unprecedented times; however, an indication either on website (which I checked before leaving) or at the very least on the door included with capacity message would have saved me wasted time….clearly customer service is undervalued at this business (lack of adequate staffing, ability to fulfill services as advertised – the entrance has a advertising of travel health coverage, care/concern to provide up to date information). I will NEVER return to this location or this business in the future and will make the same recommendation to others.

He is also patient and always give you enough time to think about these options given. I like Couhlin because of him.
