★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly meet and greet at the door, attentive staff, good selections. I always blow my budget here cuz the savings and styles are ao tempting! Couldn't find a petites section for Mom but we were in a hurry so maybe we didnt look hard enough. We'll be back.;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the Regent location as I live over 2 hours away to see if they had a certain snack food (pregnancy craving!) in stock, and didn’t want to spend four hours in the car if they didn’t have it. Snarky worker whom answered the phone refused to walk the ten feet over to the snack shelf to check for me as it’s apparently “against their policy to check their stock in store”. Needless to say, called another Winners location in Winnipeg (St Vital) and they had no problem checking for me. I’ll be sure to take my business to the location with the customer service skills in the future, especially since as we don’t make the trip often, we end up spending quite a bit in there. Unimpressed with the Regent location after this and previous poor customer service in the store as well, and won’t be shopping there in the future. Shoutout to the St Vital location though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the new location, but parking can be a bit difficult. It's close to other major retailers which makes it convenient for our weekly shopping trips. Despite the supply chain issues everyone is dealing with, they have a fairly good selection of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite winners in the city, well stocked and super clean. I found a bunch of stuff I liked, and so did my husband. Friendly staff that chatted with us and helped us find things was much appreciated, thank you for being awesome!
