★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for buying NOT selling! I brought in barely worn/ new brand name baby clothes and was offered $20 for 2 whole boxes. I politely declined and requested my items back, however the nicest items I brought in weren't in the box they returned. I live far so was unable to go back once I realized they took items without me knowing. I called and they were no help/ denied the incident. Employees are not helpful in store either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a few times now, it always seems to be random for what they buy. Ie 3 times I brought a bassinet in, retailing for $180, used for 4 weeks, first time it was “too loved”, second time it was great but they only offered $20 for it, so I declined and put it on marketplace, it wasn’t selling so I decided to take it back to OUAC and was told it was too loved again. I ended up selling on MP instead for 4 times their offer anyways.
Also have brought in several unused onesies/clothing and have been told it was too loved, but they have purchased much more used clothing from me, and I’ve seen clothing there covered in lint and people/pet hair.
Also the older woman that’s frequently there has never smiled and always sounds like she would rather be playing in traffic than at work, (I get it) but weird for a children’s store. She’s super blunt and just blah. Typically the staff always seem depressed especially when the aforementioned person is there.
Overall an decent selection depending on who and what you’re shopping for, and an alright albeit mixed purchasing experience.
Not the worst place, but sometimes I’d rather just purchase new than go in there because the atmosphere can be a little weird.

Changing my rating.
Good place to pick up used clothes for growing children.
Their response to this pandemic makes me extra cautious. They are recommended for masking NOT required. That's not helpful towards protecting the health of families with young children.
