★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, I usually like to support and write positive reviews, but being customer service driven working in a professional sales field and part time sales retail, I understand how hard people can be to work with but in the end, you always need to show respect.
I came in with an item that I wanted to get a gift card because I couldn't find anything in the store and was leaving out of town and it was 5 minutes to close and supposedly that was the last day to exchange only. I was told they cannot do that. So I asked politely, do you mind extending the exchange date until I return. The lady gave me some heavy slack about it and said they never do this, but little did I know after reading the bottom of the receipt when I left, this female associate was wrong all along. She wrote a note at the bottom of the receipt and with poor customer service she turned her back on me after writing it and started to walk away. I was positive and tried to stay very nice this entire interaction, but she couldn't careless when I said thank you very much and good bye to acknowledge me again. She was far from approachable and I will probably will not visit this particular H & M.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience my wife had in this store today was awful. She bought a white jeans for me around 6:12pm yesterday at H & M Polo Park branch. The jeans was dirty, my wife noticed it today and tried to return it to the nearest H&M at KP. We were disappointed that this store did not collect the jeans back from her. She had to go back to their Polo Park store where she bought. This is a terrible experience. The Manager at H & M KP should know better. They need experienced people to work as managers, not just a naive and highly biased person.
