★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have dealt with Team Insurance for just over one year. They can be best described as incompetent, negligent and totally unaware of customer service or the customer experience. You never know who you will get on any given day. Have not been impressed with their expertise and they forgot to handle a transfer of coverage to another home. Good thing I followed up. We took our business elsewhere and got same day service at a high standard of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team Insurance brokers in this location always friendly and competent. While back we have had problem on Henderson location, but guys on Main str. quickly fixed everything. Another then that we are waiting for Team's outdoor BBQ, of course after Covid.

The person handling my policy had informative answers to all my questions and I was very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. They even found a way to save me money while still staying with the same insurance company, which I stated I wanted to do. I would recommend Team to anyone.
