★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris is awesome. MPI tried to underpay for my written off Jaguar. When I spoke with the MPI adjuster she talked to me like I was a criminal and asked me questions that in no way pertained to my claim. I was then given to another MPI adjuster who said they would not give any more money and that he would not argue with me and I would have to hire a professional vehicle appraiser. So I no longer had any say on how they (MPI) where trying to stick it to me. So now my hands were tied by MPI and they will only give me a minimal amount of time before they close the claim and I will have to accept whatever MPI says my car was worth. My brother told me to call Chris Ruel's Autotrax. After talking to Chris, paying him a very reasonable amount of money I didn't have to deal with MPI"s B.S. anymore. My claim was completed very quickly I received about 28% more $$. Worth it in every way for the few hundred I was charged by Chris. Thanks Chris, great job.

After my original offer to MPI was declined I contacted Chris, he answered immediately and walked me through everything, making sure it all made sense. After everything was said and done, Chris ended up getting me even more money than my original offer which had been declined by MPI. He is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone. His services are well worth the little bit of money you will spend.

The final payout near doubled the original offer, the patience was well worth it. Very professional, reasonably priced and gets the job done. Highly recommend his services.
