Food ok but most of all service needs improving. We were yelled at to pick up a drink at the counter. "Your milk!" The female employee said it loud and purposefully. There were a minimum of 4 staff members not all occupied behind the counter. Staff could have walked the drink over rather than yell through the whole restaurant. There were a total of 11 patrons in the dining area at that time. When picking up ice cream separately that went along with meals purchase the employee who was making 4 cold treats went to deliver someone else's hot order to them in the dining room. At that point we received 3 of 4 items. It was strange. Another employee could have delivered the hot food or have made the rest of the order. But instead we waited while what we had melted and another employee asked what we were waiting for. We said an item was missing. They person who took to the making of our treats said that they were on it and continued to make the last item. We asked for extra spoons for the kids cones turned upside down in a cup. 3 spoons were stuck in a sundae and handed to us. Sadly this isn't the first time that I have experienced such behaviour from staff at this same location. Last visit to this location in December I was rudely asked repeatedly, "Do you want the cone with the cup?" I had asked for kid sized ice creams in a cup rather than in a cone. What the employee was meaning to say was do I also want the plain cone to go with it. Before I could have answered the male employee repeated their question 3 times and gave me an eye roll. When it's work time employees need to behave a certain way to reflect the brand they work for. The staff may be younger and may not have been shown or taught certain values or etiquette at home or school. But when it affects the output of the products and services of your business a manager or owner need to step up. It's 2017. I hope that differences in gender colour or age aren't fuelling less than desirable service.

Was wondering why my blizzard had nothing mixed in to the icecream they left it all at the bottem and missed items do better take time to make it right

We’ve gone to this DQ drive thru many times and every time we’ve been extremely satisfied. Reasonably priced and servings are good. Friendly staff.

Two DQ Blizzard ice cream cakes were ordered since June 21. Each of them were the same order, aside from the second one having the addition of Skor bits on the top. The first order was done right, but there was next to no chocolate fudge in the center of the cake as you can see in the attached photo. In the second order, there was no chocolate ice cream in the entire cake at all. It was just all vanilla and there was also barely any chocolate fudge in the middle in the same way that the first one had none. I specifically requested for top of the cake to be vanilla ice cream and the bottom of the cake to be chocolate ice cream and not to skimp out on fudge this time, but I guess both requests (that I thought were already a part of DQ ice cream without specifically requesting it) were ignored.

Excellent service despite being insanely busy at times. Most visits are for ice cream, but their burgers are great too.

I've been here a 3-4 times, Every single time has been a disappoinment. they ether over charge me or leave out a lot of stuff. Also the service is a -10 / 10 they are always young teenagers around 14-16 who are always rude. This is probably the worst dairy queen in winnipeg I definitely don't recommend.

Dairy Queen is always good for its Blizzards but never underestimate their grill either! A hamburger or chicken strip box is the best partner for ice cream!

Ordered 2 chocolate based blizzards , one based on this sign in the restaurant. Look at the sign and look at my blizzard. The sign picture is brown colored chocolate ice cream, what they gave me was white vanilla. The picture has brownie chunks on top, what they gave me has none. The picture has a heaping portion, what they gave me was much less. For $6.19 for a little cup of ice cream they should fill it up as advertised and make it as advertised. No offer to replace the terrible blizzards by DQ or the owner of the location, clearly they don't care about customers returning. Just care about pocketing your money, not retaining a customer
