C	CSM Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this establishment. I easily booked a eye test in store while walking by. I completed their intake form in advance and showed up early for the eye test. At the appointment I was brought into room and two of the three devices measured my eyes and then I was seated in the “read the letters” room with Dr Knight. Every question I could think of was easily and fully answered and everything felt unhurried and thorough. It was decided with my input what I wanted and what my options are. The decision to upgrade to a specific style of lens that better addressed how I wanted to use my glasses was chosen. Everything walked through and detailed I ordered the lenses after having the current frames measured. Glasses promised in 10 days. Today they called and left a message so called back to ensure I could pick them up today. I could. I just picked up my lens upgraded “distance” glasses now with Hoya Sync III lenses allowing me to use my distance glasses still to read close-up things. I had upgraded to glasses to be able to wear at my dental office employment to read the small computer print on the wall. These glasses have a free blue light protection lens coating (perfect for blue dental curing light extra protection). I have 90 days to determine if this works for me. If I order more lenses in the next 30 days I can continue to pay half the cost at $185. I’ve never been more pleased.

Not only is the service very professional as always, she is so patient to listen to my concerns, give detailed explanations and useful suggestions. Last year I were very nervous before my laser surgery. Sometimes I had new questions popped into my head even right after the meet, and Dr Knight tried to squeeze her time to talk to me, answered my questions after her full day of busy work! I could feel she really cares for the patient like me, as reliable as one of the family members. A lot of thanks!

I've been going here for probably 10 years now and have only had good experiences (except for that eye puff pressure test, but that's on the test, not the clinic haha). Dr Knight is super professional and great at her job and the receptionist is a dream to deal with. Never had any problems getting my prescription or billing my insurance.

Every little detail from the warm reception of the front office staff, to the eye screening procedures, to the thorough testing and professionalism from the Doctor and her team was top notch. I felt very well taken care of and comfortable, not pressured nor rushed and Dr. Wong spent a great deal of time giving me tips to take care of my eyes moving forward. Barbara was also lovely and took the time to help me choose glasses that I loved. Terrific experience all around and would definitely be coming back again!
