โ โ โ โ โ Coming to this place has definitely changed my perspective of what an eyewear store ought to be. Alan is very caring and made sure the right sunglasses were chosen for me, and came at a great discount! He was also very knowledgeable and overall made the experience very pleasant.
When comparing contact lens prices to the place Iโve always been visiting; their prices were also more affordable for the same product. Definitely will be returning!

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic experience at EyePlus Optical. Allan and Kevin were both very helpful and awesome. They did not hard sell me on anything. I felt like I learned much more on optical when I left the shop cause they were very informative in terms of what types of lens I should get and the frames that will fit better with the shape of my face. The frames and brands that they carry are up to date; you will be able to find a stylish one for sure! As someone who have been wearing glasses for 10+ years, this is the best optical shop I have been! Highly recommend to anyone and quiet certain I will be visiting soon. Thank you Allan and Kevin :)

You can tell they care deeply about providing a suitable product by the attention and care put into entire process. Have made several purchases over the last year and every visit has been consistently met with great service.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very happy with my new progressive glasses because the middle layer works for using computer. For the past few years, I went to 2 different stores for 3 pairs of progressive and the middle layer never works. I have to change to another glasses for using computer. Staffs and boss are all very experienced and with patience. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to EyePlus Optical for years and also got prescription glasses and sunglasses for myself and my husband. I am beyond happy with their service and professionalism. No wonder their store is always busy. What impressed me the most was despite being super busy, they always take their time to do an excellent job and customer service. I don't even bother going to other opticals now because they are the best!

โ โ โ โ โ In our area, there are at least 5 optical stores, it will take us 40 minutes to drive to Eyeplus Optcial in Richmond; but we still keep going there every 2-3 year. Why? The reason is simple, Eyeplus Optical has better quality products of frame and lens, and the price is every reasonable. Moreover. They provide very good quality of services. Alan, Kevin and supporting staffs are very friendly and patiently provide every detail explanation and description. They also carefully re-exam the vision with the prescription

They are always eager to serve customers and willing to wait for customers to pick the eyeglasses up even though business hours are over for 15mins, plus still really willing to adjust the eyeglasses until you are satisfied with it. Definitely a gem in Richmond and highly recommend to everyone!
