I have been seeing Dr. Francis Cheng for many years since I was a little girl. He is very patient when doing my eye exams and answering my questions about my prescription and contact lenses.

I been here to see the optometrist almost 3 years. Extremely friendly and professional, they notice me have consistent high eye pressure and refer me to eye doctor. Recommend this optometrist to every one I know!

It was the worst experience that I've ever have, my girlfriend got a red spot on the eyeball. It is obvious inflamation but the doctor said it would gone soon, don't need any prescription. Now it's getting worse. Thank you doctor!! Never see you again!

The worst doctor that I have even seen. He does not care about the patient at all. Totally not recommended.

First visit to this optometrist was very surprised that the whole eye exam only took 5 mins. Very unprofessional and rude service.

Only care about your money, doesn't care about your eyes at all. I had an eye exam there and didn't feel well after I got new lenses by the doctor's prescription. So I went there again, asked if he could make a quick check. The doctor was very impatient. He didn't check my eyes and told me that my lenses are too big ( actually it's just normal size) . He didn't even want to waste 5 mins on my questions. He got mad after I insisted on getting an eye exam and yelled at me: "You need to pay me again" "You need to pay for my time", repeated for 3 times. What a joke. Regardless of his attitude, the eye exam there is nothing different as the free one you get at optical store at all. Definitely not worth paying $90 for it.

I went to see Doctor Francis Cheng because I felt sharp pain and irritation in my eye. He did a full exam and concluded that my eye was okay and nothing was wrong. I asked him a few questions as to why it only happens in the morning and I also felt a bit of burning sensation as well. Again, all he said was there is nothing wrong with my eye and I am good to go. Problem persisted and so I went to see another doctor. Thank god that I did because the other doctor found out I have a cornea abrasion from intense dry eye syndrome. She then prescribed me medications to control swelling and also lubrication + ointments for a few months. I am still on this eyedrop + ointment treatment and had I known I had this problem when I saw doctor Francis Cheng I would've save time and trouble going though the pain I am experiencing now. Doctor Francis Cheng should be ashamed to be called a doctor. He should start by "look" and "listen" to his patients first before making judgment calls that could potentially ruin a person's life. Please reconsider if you are planning to visit him. Too bad the minimum rating is 1 star. Thanks

My wife went to see Dr. Francis Cheng because one of her eyes has been continuously tearing and that her glasses prescription may have worsened. My wife told him these issues but he did not address them at all. He said her eye prescription is fine and left it at that. The way his clinic is run is shocking. No questions were asked about COVID symptoms at all. He does not wear gloves. He does not wear his mask properly or securely since it will occasionally drop below his nose and he will not adjust it for a few minutes. His assistants also do not wear gloves when they were examining her and will touch your face with no announcement. My wife could not tell whether he and his staff sanitize their hands. After dilating her eyes, he sent her out of the clinic and told her to come back after 10 - 15 minutes. I find this particular practice unsettling as it puts the patient at a risk at getting injured out in public since patients have their vision temporarily impaired. I would expect an optometrist to have their patients wait in the clinic. His staff simply kick out their patients while their vision is impaired. I wish I could give zero stars.
