โ โ โ โ โ Worst optometrist Iโve ever been to. I came into the clinic with a concern with my eyes. Stating that my eyes are extremely uncomfortable everytime I travel. I haved included that no amount of eye drops make it better and that most of the times I choose not travel because of this discomfort. However, after saying all that Dr.Shen told me that I have dry eyes and should just use eye drops. He did not show me any signs of concern and provided me with no solution.

โ โ โ โ โ My bad experience started from the minute I walked into the clinic. Rude receptionist. No โhelloโ and no smile. Just go sit over there.
Doctor spent 5 minutes with me and told me I just have dry eyes and use eye drops. Also tried to sell me eye drops. Again no smile.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Henry Chong has been the optometrist for both my kids. Answers questions patiently. He prescribed reading glasses for both and so far they have not needed distance glasses.
They moved from across the street to Aberdeen (the one next to skytrain)
Highly Recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Been going to this optometrist since I was a kid. Went to another optometrist to try it out who charged more than this place and did not check me properly so now I'm back here. 100% recommend. Used to see Dr. Herman Shen when I was a kid now I see a lady there and she is extremely nice and knowledgeable.
