Two weeks ago we adopted two cats (we named Nero and Archie) from them, and we have posted three photos clearly showing both their impishness and how completely comfortable they are today ... er, the cats, I mean, not the staff!
E	Eva Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my son (2 years old) with me to visit this centre, as my son loves cats and we wanted to see if we could know more about cats and their behaviours before adopting one. We were treated invisible for that 30mins, no one spoke with us, no one even looked at us, they didnt ask us or offered us any information or showing us around. We felt we were not welcomed at all, we just left. We were so disappointed about this "education center" and they seems didnt want anyone to adopt cats from there, btw they were busy with their own things like checking phones and chit chatting.

Jessica, in particular, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We had the chance to spend some time with the cat in the closed off area before we made up our minds. The adoption process was very simple and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place!
S	StrawberryHair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in a bad perdictimemt my boyfriend passed away May 29 and had 3 cats and I can't take care of them....any suggestions? They are friendly and one loves his tummy rubbed I'm just allergic and won't just throw them outside. Please help
D	Daryl Dooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For our needs it was good. We had overnight layovers in Vancouver. They have a free shuttle that runs until midnight. Our return flight was later than that so we had to take a cab which upon presenting the receipt to reception they paid for. Also a very good free breakfast in the morning. Like I said for our needs it was great. Clean rooms close to the airport.

Meet your match description was really helpful. Our cat’s description is a personal assistant. :) We were very happy to come back today for a Halloween ? photoshoot. Nice to see the staff since we adopted our cat. Also, my brother and sister in law adopted a cat as well this year! Nice to see that they had 156 cats adopted this year. Amazing job to all the staff and volunteers who work at this place.

L	Lori Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adopted the most wonderful cat from them. Her name when I adopted her was Ebony. She was and is a Senior. I couldn't love her more. She's sweet and patient. She's a head butter. I named her Squeak because when she opens her mouth to meow only a squeak comes out.
