There was a lady before in administration office by the name of Jennifer,I called and informed her that my daughter had injury in her foot and had to skip a month for lessons, she confirmed that I could use credit for future. They changed Jennifer and Roby came as reception, she said I can not confirm about any credit. The amount was only $80.00 and I was their client for about 3 years and paid thousands of dollars as a clie client. Roby said I will speack to board of directors for refund and it is now over a year waiting for response from board. I change TFSC to another skating club which is better quality and less money and very friendly atmosphere. I use to travel before about 30 km to be in TFSC but TFSC never respected me and cause my little girl a lot of stress and if she was stocked in traffic jams and being 5 minutes late she was really in trouble especially with Katherina main coach.
I don't recommend them at all, after being 3 years their client .
