β β β β β Back in the days, I remembered this place being bigger.
It is serviceable, has a CIBC and it isn't all that busy compared to other branches (like Yonge and Steeles). Has a Kin Kin bakery...the buns were pretty fresh when I was there.

β β β β β The escalator has been out of service for years. There are plans to tear this building down, so they've stopped putting money into the building. It's sad to see all the empty store fronts.

β β β β β It's difficult to call it shopping centre it's more like medical. There is few stores, but do not expect much.

β β β β β This is a nice little Mall not far away from where I live so it's very convenient for me it has a Shoppers Drug Mart and groceries although the parking is really bad. Not many parking spaces. The Shoppers Drug Mart is open till midnight which is really handy.

β β β β β The place is hollowing out because of the proposed development here. Food Basics is often under-stocked as of late. Not sure if this is because of the aforementioned development happening, or because of COVID. Either way, can't imagine this being any better once they halve the size of the Food Basics once the apartments are built.
Actually, scratch that. It'll be a lot worse. Can't imagine this location being functional with several hundred more families to service.

β β β β β Quiet mall. Not busy, not many stores. Food Basic is the supermarket, and a good one. There is a nice small clothing store near the elevator for kids. Kind lady, not expensive at all.
