β β β β β My sister and I got Jonasβ name and information from our mortgage broker to help us purchase a cottage property in the Kawartha Lakes region. This was our first property purchase for both of us so we were anxious about the entire process. Jonas was extremely supportive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout! He was available at all times to answer questions / concerns- even after hours. Given that we reside in Toronto and the Covid-19 pandemic, Jonas was amazing in providing all information needed for us to make the best decisions possible.

Jonas was absolutely amazing to work with. He really took the time to explain everything to me in depth and always put my interest first. Hes staff was super amazing and attentive to my needs. They always answered my calls and provided me with details of our transaction.

We purchased our last property in April 2020 during the pandemic, the team made the transaction seamless. They were always available to address our questions and concerns. Lara was very organized and detailed oriented. She ensured all of our paper work was completed by a specific timeline and followed up when necessary.
