B	Brady&Maggie Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter registered the class there, unfortunately there is no class that the coach can be there on time!!! I called there and want to quit the class, but there is no one answer your phone. Do not go there, the coach is irresponsible and the ice is fake.

During the registration, I emphasized that I want ice skiing and the person behind the phone line said yes, but after receiving the money, there is no phone and no one to answer your email, and most importantly, there is no name on the ice at all. There is no ice at all and all the children are completely confused and upset after the first session. This class and website are a clear example of FRAUD.

We signed up for private skating lesson for our daughter and we were there, the location was closed, (Victoria Park)we would like to asking for refund, We have been emailing and calling with no answer, I wonder if they're actually closing down be careful they might take your money. At the very least they should respond to emails as they don't have voicemail.

Wait on email for re-opening again nothing comes, voicemail full, no answer at all either emails or calls. Impossible to reach. She responds after 10 days with a new schedule that doesnt fit mine and not what i signed up for. Refuses to give a refund. Again to reach them takes 10 days or more. I find out by coincidence that classes already started and i wasnt informed and new times were added . I really dont know how they are still in business. They dont know how to run one!

However, they asked us to wait until further notice when the classes would start. Got an email randomly asking us to provide a copy of registration which we did and since then no communication on their part. We have been emailing them for an update or a refund but they would not respond. A friend of mine today who has been doing the same and has a kid registered in the same program as my kid got a response stating that the classes have already started and without any prior notice sent to him as well.

I received an email in early Jan 2022 regarding cancellation due to COVID, which is understandable. Emailed them end of Jan 2022 for updates and didn't hear back at all. I have to email them again in late Feb 2022, again no response. I emailed them again in early March, twice actually nothing again. I finally receive an email last week stating that they sent out emails 3 weeks ago and that classes have resumed. I certainly didn't receive any emails because if I did I wouldn't keep following up. I asked for a full refund as my daughter never attended any of their lessons and they won't issue it. I have reached out multiple times and heard nothing. I should not be penalized for their lack of communications and abysmal customer service. They don't even have a phone number for you to call! And their website is not secure meaning if you make a payment you can be hacked! I highly suggest signing your kids somewhere else.
K	Kristie Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, reading the reviews, I was not expecting much from this place, but after going there my daughter was learning more than she had ever done so in any other place! There were multiple other locations that I had my daughter skate at before the pandemic, yet all she ever did back then was skate around in circles with no one helping her. The teacher assigned to us here was not only very helpful, but he also had an extremely enthusiastic personality. There was also a helper with him during the lessons who put in a lot of effort to aid my child.
