h	hiimcookie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr Lam since I was 3 years old .He takes care of my parents , my grandparents and my auntie's family's teeth. Dr Lam is very nice and he explains in detail about my treatment.

Dr Lam is great; has good bedside manner and the examinations rarely hurt even though I am very anxious when it comes to dental examinations. He talks to the patients and it's like seeing an old friend. However this year, 2 incidents have made me very disappointed in this practice. I called the office for an appointment for a somewhat urgent chipped tooth, but had to wait 2 weeks and call back in to -book- since he was on vacation. The other incident was when I booked 1 month in advance and the evening before the appt, they cancelled on me. This was 4 days before my wedding, the sole reason why I even needed a cleaning and they were not able to rebook me. I'm not sure I'd like to come here again for anything urgent =/

He always explain the procedure before he starts which is very reassuring. During the pandemic, his office looks well equipped and makes me feel very safe. J	Jonathan Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lam has been my dentist since 1997. I have regular dental cleaning every 6 months and since I have dental phobia, the only dentist I see is Dr Lam. When he put the local anesthesia "needle", I don't feel any pain at all. Last month I chipped my anterior teeth so Dr Lam gave me an urgent appointment the same day I book. I worried so much before the appointment the other part of my tooth will collapse and not able to keep my precious tooth and luckily he saved my tooth. During the pandemic, the dental office has some changes like having the air purifier medical grade , UV light , dental chair cover change after every patient use. Since I pay attention to the cleanliness of everywhere I go, this office passed my expectations. My next appointment for cleaning is coming soon, I won't hesitate to go even the covid cases are going up. Dr Lam will discuss the treatment plan before the treatment , the charges is very reasonable.

During covid, they also increased their safety measures with new air purifiers, face shields and gowns on top of the PPE they've always used. Cash and debit only. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
